Log in and go to the new rule screen

  1. Log into your Autosend account.
  2. Click on the menu bar in the top left corner of your screen
  3. At the top right of your screen, click on “New Rule”.

  1. From Address – You can use the default email on your account or add another email, it’s up to you.
  2. From Name  – Enter any name you want in the “From” name field. It’s the first thing users will see, so make it count.
  3. Subject – This the subject of your email
  4. Message Body
    1. Visual Mode – Your message will look just how it does in our WYSIWYG editor when you send it to users. Just write your email and it will show up in your users’ inboxes exactly the way you want it.
    2. HTML Mode – This is where you can get into the nitty gritty of your email message. You can change any of the HTML code you want to customize your message. This is ideal for someone with experience creating email messages or someone that wants to copy and paste their own HTML template into Autosend.
  5. Adding Images – To add an image in your email, just copy and paste the link of where we can find the image online. The image will be hosted from the URL you give us.
